The Rev. John Chubb Ford, English Chaplain at St John's Church, 1854 to 1870;
The Rev. Thomas Prosser Powell, Assistant Chaplain at St John's Church, 1865 to 1868.

Among the other Anglican ministers who figure during these years were:
The Rev. Dr George Arthur Humble, M.D., Missionary doctor at Patagones from 1865 to 1897;
The Rev. Samuel Adams, Chaplain at Montevideo.

Because the burial records maintained at St John's Church from 1858 were generally only of those funerals of the members of that congregation, investigators looking for the records of burials conducted by the clergy of the Presbyterian, Methodist and Lutheran Churches will find that these have been conserved at the British Cemetery, Chacarita, and at the individual churches.
